Follow these simple instructions before or during anxiety, panic attack or migraine headache.

  • Step 1: Unplug blue cap on the mouthpiece regulator.

    Step 2: Inhale without device for 5 seconds, hold that breathe for 5 seconds.

    Step 3: Exhale into mouthpiece for 5 seconds.

    Step 4: Inhale for 5 seconds then exhale for 5 seconds inhale for 5 seconds then exhale for 5 seconds.

    - Inhale for 5 seconds then exhale for 5 seconds.

    - Inhale for 5 seconds then exhale for 5 seconds.

    - Repeat process 2 more times if needed.

    *During your controlled breathing, focus on the colorful logo on the front of the breathe 5 bag for a focal point.

  • Note: In the event of a major anxiety or panic attack or severe migraine headache, place blue cap over hole & follow the same steps above.

    Note: Use 2 times each day to prevent future attacks, and possibly stop the symptons for good.
